Josh Liberio, known simply as “J” to friends & family, has been performing live since he was a young tween. What started in local coffee shops with a small speaker and an acoustic guitar has grown into a flexible act that’s equally at home at cocktail parties as it is on large festival stages.

After moving to Southern California, forming a band, and eventually attracting attention from major labels & television networks, J became what could only be described as a tour-ready performer that enjoys jumping between stages big & small across North America on a day-to-day basis.

Post COVID-19 pandemic, Liberio made his way back towards home to NYC and eventually planted roots in his hometown, Philadelphia. Here without his band, he explored the idea of building a scalable show that could replicate a full band’s sound all by himself. Armed with a loop pedal and some technical know-how, he has averaged 150+ performances per year over the past 4 years all over the Northeast.

Taking inspiration from a wide variety of musicians across decades of music, the act has become a living and ever-changing show that can change feel, intensity and most importantly, match a venue’s and audience’s taste at will.

Currently, Josh can be found playing along the northeast coast at his usually scheduled summer venues, writing/producing for himself and other artists while gearing up to release an original album comprised of new songs, as well as songs left on the shelf over the years.
